The Gojek International Management Program for Accelerated Career Track (GoIMPACT) can be your first step there. GoIMPACT is a comprehensive 12-month program to identify and develop young talent into employees within the Gojek Group.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn through a structured program that includes project assignments, job rotations, assignments in cross-functional teams, self-directed learning through Gojek’s digital learning platform, and learning opportunities in other countries with Gojek offices. All participants will not only be coached by their managers but will also be assigned a mentor to help them realize their potential.
